First, in a 5-6 quart slow cooker, you want to whisk together the onion soup mix, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and pork gravy mix. Do so until they are combined. There’s no need to worry if there are lumps. It will all even out in the cooking process.

After that, you need to sprinkle a bit of garlic powder onto both sides of the pork chops, and then place them into the slow cooker. Keep the pork chops spread out from each other and cover them with the gravy mixture as much as you can.

Then, cover the slow cooker and set it on low for about 4-6 hours.

Right before the pork chops are done cooking, whisk together the water and cornstarch. Once the mixture is smooth, add it to the crock pot. Then, cover it and set the cooking temperature to high for another 30 minutes. This will allow for the gravy to thicken and reach it’s maximum potential for deliciousness.
