Yes. It is a thing now, and people have been trying this combination for quite a while now, doing online reviews or ‘mukbang,’ a live video of them trying and eating the dish.

People have contrasting views on this interesting combination.

Some showed a lot of interest and wanted to try. You can even read people raving about it on their social media accounts. There are so many ways to enjoy it.

For some, eating it straight out from the fridge is a great snack.

Others put ranch pickles on their food like you would add pickles like salad, toast, and some even tried it on pizza. The rave reviews you’ll get would make you want to try it.

Others are too wary that this combination might be too much.

This is because pickled foods already contain salt (and sugar). While ranch dressing, especially the dry ones in packets, also contains salt or sodium.

People are worried that this combination might trigger a rise in blood pressure, especially if they don’t check the label of the ranch dressing they’re using.

If your vitals are all good and if you’re up to the challenge, you can definitely try this one.

Other people swear upon it and that you should try making this one, at least for the heck of trying. Are you up to the challenge?

It is simple to create this new craze.

You just get a jar of dill pickle spears and a dry, store-bought ranch dressing or seasoning. A single pack would do. You can also use your homemade dressing if you prefer it.

Preparation is also very easy.

Open the jar of pickles and pour the dressing. Give it a little stir, close the jar, and shake the contents.

This is to make sure that the dressing is mixed and blended well with the pickle brine. Leave it in the refrigerator for 24 hours or more.

After that, it’s time to enjoy your Ranch Pickles.
