Cut a slit in a tortilla then add your favorite ingredients in each corner for the best way to make a wrap

If you’ve ever visited a dietitian or done some research on healthy eating habits, then you probably know that having one or two meals per day doesn’t help you lose weight or even stay healthy.

The secret is to have about five smaller-sized meals throughout the day that will help your stomach be full for longer.

Those meals usually consist of a couple of proper meals and a few snacks here and there, which could be fruits, yogurt, or nuts.

But what about lunch? Well, there are lots of healthy lunch recipes varying from sandwiches to meat and salad.

The most important thing to remember, though, is that you should try to have a variety of lunch options during the week so that you don’t get bored and be tempted to order junk food.

Pilates instructor, YouTube creator, and entrepreneur, Cassey Ho, often gives quick meal and snack ideas on her Instagram account.

One of those involves tortilla and veggies, and the result looks absolutely yummy!

Cassey recently shared this lunch idea with her TikTok followers, and we admit we’re tempted to try it at home.

First, she takes a tortilla and cuts a slit from the center down. She then fills each quarter of the “revolutionary lunch wrap”, as she calls it, with different ingredients. As far as we can see, she uses avocado, tomato, some kind of meat, and what looks like sauteed onions.

Then, she wraps up the quarters making a cute sandwich, which she heats up in a waffle maker.

The hack has gone viral with more than 130k likes and hundreds of comments.

“I’ve tried it and with only turkey and avocado for now, but it was still good!” someone commented. “It has been my fav for weeks now,” another TikTok user wrote.

Cassey, who is a YouTube star, has been sharing pilates routines, fitness challenges, and occasional food tips and tricks for 11 years, and she has more than 5.5 million subscribers.

Ho founded her own brand of gym clothing and gear a couple of years ago, and she still keeps inspiring others when it comes to keeping fit and healthy, but still embracing and loving themselves just the way they are.

In her blog there is a whole section dedicated to food, where users can find a plethora of articles about healthy eating habits, like dairy alternatives, tips to boost your metabolism and burn more calories, or foods that can help with tummy issues.

At the same time, readers can find ideas that will fulfill their need for sweet and savory treats, but without all the fats and sugar that most recipes out there contain. For instance, there are breakfast ideas, cinnamon roll oats, and pre-work-out snack ideas.

If you feel that you need a change in your diet or simply want to do something good for your body, then head over to Ho’s YouTube channel and social media to get all the tips you need.
