Ever wanted to impress your friends or family with a homemade dessert? Today I’m going to be sharing with you a delicious Oreo Cheesecake recipe that’ll be sure to have everybody wanting seconds. I know a dessert this exquisite sounds like it’d be difficult to make, but it’s actually really simple! It only requires 6 ingredients, 10 minutes to prepare, and best of all, there’s no baking involved!

Here are the only ingredients you’ll need:

  • 25 Oreo cookies
  • 2.5 oz softened butter
  • 17.5 oz cream cheese
  • 17.5 oz whipping cream
  • 3 oz sugar
  • 2 tablespoon neutral gelatin powder

Take apart the Oreo cookies and separate the cream into a large saucepan. Once you have all of the plain Oreo cookies, break it up into pieces and place them in a blender. Blend until the cookies are crushed into little grains. (If you don’t have a blender, you can also just crush it up by hand.) Place about 1/3 of the crushed Oreos onto a plate and set it aside.

Add softened butter to the remaining 2/3 of the crushed Oreos, and mix them together. Pour this mixture onto a springform pan pie. Pat down the surface so that there are no free hollows. Place this pan in the fridge.

Take your saucepan with the Oreo cream filling and add in the whipping cream, cream cheese,  sugar, and gelatin powder. Put the saucepan on low heat and stir constantly until melted together.

Take out the pan from the fridge and pour the cream mixture over it. Put it back in the fridge, and leave it in there overnight. When you’re ready to serve, sprinkle some of that reserved crushed Oreos on top to add that extra oomph.

That’s it, it’s that simple! But it’s a dish that will have your friends and family thinking you put hours into making. Watch the below for a step-by-step tutorial.
