Make Delicious Homemade Ice Cream Using Just 2 Ingredients

One of the best ways to beat the summer heat is the creamy, refreshing taste of ice cream. However, all those trips to your local ice cream parlor can get quite costly. Not to mention, standing in those long lines can be a hassle.

Fortunately, we have a sweet and simple recipe to help you satisfy your cravings whenever you want. With only two ingredients, recipes don’t get any simpler than this.

Here’s what you need:

  • 600ml of pouring cream
  • 1 Can (395ml) of sweetened condensed milk

Optional ingredients:

  • vanilla extract ( for more flavor)
  • any toppings you might want to add

First, add the 600ml of pouring cream into a mixing bowl. Beat/whip the cream until stiff.

Next, get the can of sweetened condensed milk and pour it in. Fold it through until you get an even texture.

Put the mixture into a container and let it sit in the fridge overnight, or 6-8 hours.

That’s it! For even more flavor, add vanilla extract when you pour in the milk, or sprinkle toppings onto your ice cream. Grab a spoon and dig in!
