The first recipe is a yummy pasta creation that starts by boiling 350 grams of macaroni noodles in salted and oiled water.

Simply boil the pasta until tender and remove it from the heat, then set it aside while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.

In a large bowl, whisk up 4 eggs mixed with salt and pepper then add your boiled noodles.

Add 50 grams of your grated mozzarella cheese to the eggy noodles and mix that in as well.

In a large hot skillet, coat the bottom of the pan with vegetable oil and put in half of your noodles.

Spread it out in an even layer then lay on the American cheese slices and cover with the rest of the noodles, then cover and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes

Here comes the tricky part, flipping your pasta.

Remove the lid from your skillet and lay a large piece of parchment paper overtop, then place a plate on that.

In one smooth motion, flip the skillet so your noodles are now on the parchment paper on the plate.

Slid the noodles, with the parchment paper, back into the skillet.

Cover with the remaining 70 grams of cheese then put the lid back on and cook for 10 more minutes.

After 10 minutes, simply lift your noodles out of the pan using the parchment paper, then slid it off the paper and onto a serving plate.

You can now slice up and serve your delicious ooey gooey noodle dinner.

If you want potatoes instead of pasta, this next recipe is the one to go with.

Start by peeling and boiling 1.2 kgs of potatoes in a pot of salted water and cook them until tender.

While the potatoes cook, finely chop 1 white onion and 2 cloves of garlic.

Add vegetable oil to a large skillet and add your onions and garlic, cook for 2 minutes until softened and aromatic.

Mix in your ground meat of choice and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While the meat is cooking, chop half a yellow pepper and half a green pepper and add them to the meat mixture.

Sprinkle on 1 tbsp of parsley, 1 tbsp of oregano, 1 tbsp of paprika, and 2 tbsp of salt, mix them in well.

When all the spices are fully incorporated, mix in 300 ml of crushed tomatoes, and then remove from heat.

Now put your potatoes in a large bowl and mash them until there are no lumps left.

To the potatoes, add 50 grams of butter, 50 grams of mozzarella cheese, and 30 grams of chopped fresh parsley, and mix well.

Add half of the potato mix into a glass baking dish, then top that with the meat mixture and remaining potatoes.

Smooth out the potatoes and add the remaining 150 grams of mozzarella evenly on top.

Bake your dish for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

When your dinner is done baking, remove it from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Now, prepare yourself for a cheesy and delicious meal!

1 tbsp dried paprika

300 ml of crushed tomatoes

150 grams butter

30 grams of fresh parsley

200 grams of Mozzarella cheese
