French cuisine goes to new heights with this technique and bonus ingredient
When I made this my family had so many questions, until they tried it, then they were too busy stuffing their faces to ask anything.

French cuisine evolved over the centuries influenced by Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, and Belgium.

Seasonal variations in French cuisine exist.

Salads and fruit dishes are popular in the summer because they are refreshing and produce is inexpensive and plentiful. Greengrocers would rather sell their fruits and vegetables at a loss than let them rot in the heat.

Mushrooms become abundant at the end of summer and can be found in stews all over France. The hunting season starts in September and lasts until February. Game of all kinds is eaten, often in elaborate dishes that commemorate the hunt’s success.
