Hot Minced Sandwiches

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
- vegetable oil
- 200 grams of ground meat
- 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 30 ml of soy sauce
- 12 slices of toasted bread
- butter
- ketchup
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- salt
- Herbs de Provence
The steps are as follows:
Step 1: In a small non-stick pan, heat the vegetable oil and add 200 grams of minced or ground beef.
Then add 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and 30 ml of soy sauce.
Step 2: Fry for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the meat is brown and cooked through.
Prepare the bread.
Step 3: First, carefully cut the edges of the sliced bread while maintaining the shape of a square frame as shown in the photo above.
Make it for six slices of bread and set aside.
Step 4: Then for the other six slices of bread, spread some butter and ketchup.
Step 5: Place a slice of cheddar cheese, get the square frame, and place it on top.
Step 6: Spoon the ground beef on top.
Then sprinkle with salt and Herbs de Provence.
Step 8: Bake for 12 minutes over 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit).
Step 9: Lastly, transfer to a plate and serve.
