- Teriyaki Sauce
- Shredded chicken
- Shredded cheese
- Diced fresh pineapple
What you need to do:
- Preparing shredded chicken may be a bit easier if you use Instant Pot. Otherwise, the usual boiling and manual shredding should be okay.
- You may want to buy teriyaki sauce or make your own. All you need to do is to mix 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, half a teaspoon garlic powder and a tablespoon of cornstarch in a small saucepan. - Of course, you can’t miss cheese! It makes this tortilla recipe even more delicious!
- Sour cream is nice to have. But, just in case you can’t find any, you can use Mexican rice or lettuce. They are yummy, too.
- And finally, add the guac. It makes all the difference in this incredible recipe!
3. French Dip Folded Tortilla
Do you have left-over roast beef? This recipe is a nice way to enjoy your leftovers in a yummier way!

- Shredded roast beef
- Cream cheese spread
- Caramelized onions
- Shredded cheese
What you need to do:
- Using your Instant Pot would help in getting perfectly soft beef that will be shredded easily.
- Do your own cream cheese spread by 2 ounces of cream cheese, 2 tablespoons butter and your seasoning of choice. Make sure the butter and cream cheese are room temperature when you mix them.
- Caramelizing onions is easy and breezy. Just cut the onion in half and slice thinly. Heat the pan, add butter and place the onion. Sauté until onion becomes translucent.

- Pecans
- Caramel
- Cinnamon and sugar
What you need to do:
- You can use apple pie fillings but make sure to cut the slices into smaller ones.
- Actually, if you don’t like pecans, you can also use walnuts or any other nut of your choice. The choice is yours!
- Grab yourself a caramel ice cream topping or simply make one from scratch using this recipe.
- Add a candied taste to your tortillas by adding cinnamon and sugar. Yummy!
