At a wedding, the best man’s role is to be the most reliable person for the groom. It means that next to the groom himself, the best man should be bringing life and enjoyment to the wedding, but it should be done at the reception and not during the ceremony itself.
It looks like the best man at this wedding didn’t read that part on the invitation card. He sent the groom and everybody who attended the wedding straight into fits of laughter when an incident happened right when he was about to give the couple their wedding ring.
You might be asking yourselves now, what did the best man do? Well, he did not actually do anything, it just happened.
His pants dropped right in the middle of the wedding ceremony.
If you are thinking about a simple sag down, not that’s not what happened.
His pants literally dropped all the way to the floor.
To make the incident more hilarious, the groom was hooked into the microphone so everyone present heard his immediate reaction. The bride and her maid of honor were caught off guard and swept up in the unexpected laughter.
The groom immediately helped his best man pull his pants up. At least for the time being, he was still able to do that- until…
He burst out in a hearty laugh and it went uncontrollably.
The wedding officiant then said, “That’s why we have a happy and joyful wedding,” followed by a wave of laughter coming from the guests who were most probably shocked by what had happened.
The groom tries his best to focus and to continue with the ceremony but he couldn’t do it.
He keeps on laughing and it is contagious. He lets out a couple of giggles more before he tells his soon-to-be wife to get the ring “before they die” in laughter.
Then they continue with the ceremony by exchanging their wedding vows.
When everyone thinks that the ice breaker is done, they are all mistaken.
As the bride recites her wedding vows, she also finds herself laughing out of nowhere.
She giggles uncontrollably and it’s not helping the ceremony to take on the more serious tone it’s meant to have. As her husband listens and tries to stay focused on getting through the ceremony, he again lets out a loud laugh.
They just can’t stop laughing!
While a wedding ceremony is usually holy and solemn, this one broke the records.
The wedding ceremony of this couple got filled with waves of laughter and giggles from everyone.
Soon, the couple finds themselves tearing up with so much joy, obviously with happiness because they’re about to tie the knot- but also because of their best man’s funny little incident with his pants.
Even the best man himself is crying out of laughter.
He’s also overwhelmed by what happened, and maybe wondering if he’s got his belt strapped on or not.
When a wedding ceremony gets this happy, is it a good sign?
Whether it is or not, one thing is certain- this couple will have something to be reminded of during the happiest moment of their lives before they actually say their “I do’s.”
When the wedding officiant feels the laughter is not going to stop, he offers everyone, especially the newly-wed couple, a prayer.
But instead of doing the usual prayer, he decides to mix it up with the “LOL” moment of the ceremony.
He sights the importance of laughter and happiness in life, which is evidently what happened during this wedding ceremony. I mean, that’s certainly right, nothing could go wrong when you have a happy heart.
