“I rolled up the crepe cake to make a mango crepe cake with a different shape~
Like a roll cake, I rolled the crepe with cream and mango and put it on the side, but the cut section was unique and different~^^

To bring this flavorful cake to success, you must have the following ingredients:

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 2/3 cup of cake flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of milk
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter (melted)
  • Mango
  • 2 3/8 cups of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of whipping cream
  • 2 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of mango puree
  • 1/2 cup of white chocolate morsels
  • 1/3 cup of whipping cream
  • 2 oz. of starch syrup
  • 1 1/4 tsp. of gelatin sheet
  • 1/3 cup of warm mango puree
  • Food coloring (orange, yellow, white)

The procedure:

Step number 1: Add the sugar and the salt to the egg, and mix. Sift the soft flour, add about 1/2 cup of milk, and mix.
