Some kids are shy about performing in public- and then there are others, like 12-year-old Cole Lam.

Cole Lam is a young man who is an extraordinary pianist at a very young age.

His performance at the St. Pancras International Railway Station in London proves it.

As he sits down at the piano to play in front of a large crowd that has gathered around him, a man who looks like Bernie Sanders asks him to play “Bohemian Rhapsody” by Queen.

He happily agrees as he’s no stranger to performing in front of crowds.

Cole Lam has made a name for himself online, posting videos of himself performing, many of which have gone viral.

This is just one of many that have gathered worldwide attention.

From the first few notes, it’s pretty obvious that this 12-year-old boy has done this before…and has done it well.

He hits the keys effortlessly, never missing a note.

He holds the attention of the crowd, which says a lot when you’re in a crowded train station. There may have been some people who missed their trains as they got so wrapped up in watching Cole play.

The crowd is absolutely mesmerized.

Many probably figured they were just going to make their way through the station and never expected to be treated to such a musical masterpiece.

As the song continues, you can really tell that Cole is getting into it as he hits the keys.

His passion for the piano and the song is infectious.

After all, how many 12-year-olds do you know who can play the piano this well?

Many people have taken the time to watch Cole play.

In just over a year, this particular video has had over 60 million views!

That’s quite the accomplishment for such a young man. As he continues to play, more people stop to watch. How can you not? Many may have expected to see an adult at the keys. When they see a child, they become even more engaged.

While this isn’t Cole’s first public performance, it’s also not the first time he’s played this song.

He put on a mini-concert in his neighborhood last May where he played “Bohemian Rhapsody” as a tribute to first responders. He also performed several other songs by request.
