The jars that have lids with rubber in between make them the perfect containers for this bread.

With their tight covers, these jars keep the moisture in which adds aroma and taste to the bread. Once your jars are dry, put some oil inside them using a brush.

Cut the dough and fill the jars halfway. Let it stand for about 20 minutes while the oven is heating up to 200ÂșC. Before putting them in the oven, coat the dough again with oil before closing tightly and closing the lid.

Bake it in the oven for 45 minutes.

Carefully take out the jars after the time and wait until it gets colder. This bread can last for about 12 months and it would be possible because of the tight covers of the jar.
