The video uploaded on YouTube shares a detailed tutorial on how to make this delicious bread. And the steps are actually quite easy to follow. All you need are some green onions, milk, flour, salt, and of course, garlic.
Grab some green onions and chop away.
Green onions are aromatic and are a perfect match for recipes with garlic. Chop 25 grams of it into very small pieces and set aside. You can add more based on your preference. Of course, the garlic comes next. The recipe shows you can put about 18 grams of minced garlic but it can be more based on your taste.
Make sure to mince the onion and garlic so there are no big bits that will be found on the bread. What makes this recipe even more incredible is the texture and it comes from the taste of finely chopped vegetables and smooth dough.
Next up, prepare the dry ingredients.
Mix 200g of all-purpose flour, 3g of sugar, and 3g of salt. Carefully combine the dry ingredients and then, set them aside. Get the green onions and garlic, then mix them with the dry ingredients.
Get 10g of melted butter and pour it on the dry ingredients. This amount is equivalent to a tablespoon. Once done, pour 380ml of water on the mixture and continue to mix using a whisk.
At this point, you should have a liquid dough in your bowl.
You can now start to heat a pan and drizzle oil onto it. Using a ladle, get a scoopful of the dough and carefully place it on the pan. Yes, just like a pancake.
Flatten the dough on the pan and then wait until the bottom part is cooked. Once cooked on this side, flip the bread so the other side is cooked.
Keep on flipping the bread on each side until it gets golden brown and ready to be eaten.
