Bread is a staple of most diets.

For most of us, we start our day with a piece of toast and coffee.

The only down part of bread is that you can’t stock up because it has a short shelf life.

Wouldn’t it be great if we could stock up on bread and not worry about them getting stale?

Well, now we can.

That would be exceptional, especially when there are unforeseen events where we can’t go out.

Eva of the YouTube channel Weltverborgen shared a unique bread recipe that is not only healthy but can also last up to a year.

Seriously, this bread, if stored properly, will be good for a year for you and your family to enjoy.

And it’s easy to assemble.

It’s also full of flavor.

It may look small, but it will fill you up really well.

You don’t even need to have jam or cheese, it’s already delicious on its own.

It’s really easy to make, so if you’re interested, which we know you are, then let’s create Eva’s Atomic bread.

Steps for making Atomic bread:

In a large bowl, pour in the contents of your white beans, liquid included.

Mash it until it’s thick and smooth, then set it aside.

In another big bowl, combine all your dry ingredients.

Mix in the oatmeal, kernels, ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, psyllium husks, salt, and mixed nuts.

Mix well and set aside.

Get your beans in a bowl and add water and oil. Then proceed into adding your dry ingredients.

Mix everything by hand.

Make sure that you mash your oatmeal so it can absorb the liquid ingredients.

Get your mason jar. Wash and air dry your mason jars before using them.

Using your silicon brush, apply some melted butter inside.

Put enough dough in and press it down so it will become dense and there won’t be any bubbles.

Then, go ahead and smoothen the surface using your spatula.

It makes beautiful bread.

Preheat your oven to 390℉ and bake dough-filled mason jars (without a lid) for 70-75 minutes.

Once done, seal with the lid.

Place them on a cooling rack or corner upside down.

Tips for you:

  • Get mason jars that have wide mouths. You can just slide your bread out with ease.
  • To avoid molds, make sure you’ve cleaned your mason jars.
  • Store upside down so the condensation will help the bread slide down.
