What you’ll need:

- 2 red peppers
- 1 white onion
- 8 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon mint
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 glass of hot water
Step 1: making your sauce
First, you want to dice your green peppers, red peppers, onion, and tomato.
Once you’ve got the veggies cut, put the 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil on the stove at medium-low heat and start adding your veggies in one by one.
After you’ve got your onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and tomato in the vegetable oil on medium to low heat, you can add in your salt, thyme, red pepper flakes, mint, and tomato paste.
Stir until the tomato paste is completely melted and the sauce is at a simmer.
The last thing you want to do is stir in the glass of water, letting it come to a light boil before moving on.
Step 2: make the potato filling
For this second step, here are the ingredients you’ll need:

- Parsley
- 1 package of ground beef(about 14 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
- 1 teaspoon thyme

It’ll look like a little potato taco.

Now that you’ve got your sauce, meat, and potatoes ready, you can carefully fill the slits on the potatoes with the ground beef you prepared.
Once you’ve got the potatoes filled, place them in the sauce before cutting blocks of cheese and leaning them up against each one.
