- 1 head green cabbage
- 16oz of baby carrots
- 1 piece large onion
- 6 cloves of garlic
- (1) 28oz of canned diced tomatoes
- (1) 28oz of canned stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp of oregano powder
- 1 tsp of ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of chili powder (optional)
- 1 tsp of iodized salt (optional)
- Hot sauce (optional)
- 1 stalk of celery

Number One: Prepare a large cooking pot for the ingredients. Then slice the cabbage, all the baby carrots, onion, garlic cloves, and celery, then toss them all in the pot.
Number Two: Pour in the canned diced and stewed tomatoes.
Number Three: Add a decent amount of water, just enough to dip in the majority of the ingredients.
Number Four: Add the ground black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and optional ingredients like chili powder, iodized salt, and hot sauce.
Number Five: Once all of the ingredients are in, put the cooking pot under high fire but don’t let it boil.
Number Six: If bubbles start to appear on top, put it under medium-high fire and simmer it for about 15 minutes.
Number Seven: When the 15 minutes is up, stir the soup so the ingredients get mixed equally in the pot.
Number Eight: Turn the fire to low and put in the lid cover. Simmer for another 30 minutes with occasional stirring every after 10 minutes.
Number Nine: After around an hour of cooking, the soup is ready to be served. Enjoy every sip of it!
