  • 1 piece of cauliflower
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 2 pieces of tomatoes
  • Bell peppers
  • Coriander
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika cumin
  • Garlic powder
  • 9oz (approximately 250g) Mozzarella cheese

Hop into the kitchen and let’s start cooking something tasty and healthy.

Step Number One: Cut the cauliflower into pieces (doesn’t have to be uniform in size) and make sure to remove all the hard stem parts. Toss them inside a large cooking pot, add a decent amount of water, then add salt, and cook in boiling water for 15 minutes.

Step Number Two: While waiting, prepare the sauce by mincing the onion, sauté it. Next, slice and dice the bell peppers and add them to the sautéd onion. Mix well and put the lid cover on the cooking pan.

Step Number Three: Grab another bowl, grate the tomatoes in, and add it to the mixture from step number 2. Add pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Stir and cook until the texture of the sauce becomes thick.

Step Number Four: Go back to your cauliflower and see if they’re already tender. If they are, put them in another bowl, add some olive oil, and mash them. Once done, add some coriander and mix well.

Step Number Five: Prepare an oven-safe glass container for the final mixture. First, put in the mashed cauliflower, spread evenly. Next goes the sauce, do the same. Top it with grated mozzarella cheese.

Step Number Six: Put the final mixture inside a pre-heated oven under 480 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake it for 25 minutes.

Step Number Seven: Once the time is up, take it out and top it with whatever you like. Be creative!
