Keep in mind that you can use any other herbs you like if you don’t prefer thyme.

Feel free to add some rosemary, oregano, basil.

Another reminder: potato slices should be about 1.6 mm thick.

If you have a mandoline slicer, use it to slice potatoes.

Take a large bowl. You’ll mix everything in it.

Place potato slices in a bowl. Add melted butter, Parmesan cheese, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Mix it gently to coat every potato slice evenly.

Don’t stop until it’s all mixed up perfectly. You’ll know when that happens.

Now, the fun part. Grab your muffin pan, and we’re about to stack those slices.

So, take those potato slices, and layer them into stacks. When you do that, please place them in the muffin cups you’ve previously prepared.

Sprinkle stacks with some herbs to add the extra flavor.

It’s time to put the meal into the oven.
