Josh Groban is a GRAMMY Award-nominated singer, songwriter, actor, and record producer.
There is no need for a fancy introduction, for his name says it all. His majestic voice and powerful vocals will tell you that he is one unique artist who has entertained countless people all across the globe.
We are lucky to still witness music artists perform amid this global health crisis.
On his self-titled YouTube channel, Groban shared a video of him singing a “very much requested song” which he wholeheartedly dedicates to all the brave medical front-liners.
In the video’s description, he pens a heartfelt message:

This song is dedicated to the brave frontline workers around the country but especially those in the epicenter at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University Irving Medical Center and around NYC. I’m so happy to sing this MUCH requested song with one of my favorite people and musicians on earth, Lucia Micarelli. Groban’s voice simply rises above the struggle of our current reality and pays homage to our brave medical front-liners.
These selfless men and women dedicate themselves to serving everyone in need. Not minding the dangers that their job might bring them and also to their families.
The 39-year-old singer is obviously in awe of them and he supports everyone on the frontlines.
The video features Groban singing the song “Hallelujah” written by Leonard Cohen and released in 1984. Though the song only gained a little success, it became more popular after being used in the animated film Shrek (2001).
Since then, the song has had tons of different versions and renditions from countless mainstream music artists, independent musicians, and aspirants.

Yes, you read it right, he sings the beautiful song nowhere else but in the shower. And why not? It’s the best place in the house to get those haunting acoustics.
Let’s admit it, we have all done this at some point in our lives. It may be a habit from the past or even a habit up until now. Lucia then begins playing the violin and Groban sings along to the beautiful music,
