It has almost all types of Korean bread you can think of. The shop is owned by Patissier Gang Deok-soo. With over 30 years of experience in making bread, he certainly knows the ins and outs of making delicious egg cheese toasts.

Patissier Gang Deok-soo starts off by cracking 6 eggs into a bowl.

After that, he poured a whole box of whipped cream. To make sure the consistency was good, he gave the box a good shake before pouring everything into the bowl.

Next, he added mayonnaise.

After that, he whisked everything together, making sure that all the ingredients are well combined.

Then, he took out his packs of bread.

The process of making egg cheese toast probably brought back a lot of memories. Patissier Gang Deok-soo started sharing his experience.

He said:

“I have been making bread since I was in the 3rd grade of middle school. It’s probably been about 30 years.”

He unwrapped the bread and dipped each piece into the mixture.

After completely coating the pieces of bread, he placed them on a baking tray. He continued the step until his trays were full.

Patissier Gang Deok-soo created holes on the remaining pieces of bread.

Carefully, he placed ham slices on the coated pieces of bread. Of course, he can’t miss the cheese slices! Just like the ham, each piece of bread gets a slice, too.

To complete the set, he placed the bread slices with holes on them to cover the ones on the tray.

With his gloved hand, he picked up the egg yolks and placed them into the holes he made on the bread earlier. Watching him do that feels like watching a puzzle getting solved. It’s so entertaining and satisfying!

He drizzled mayonnaise on the sandwiches before putting the trays inside the oven.
