That’s right, your favorite drink can also be used to cook delicious meals.

These wings are great for a snack, lunch, dinner, and special occasions. They are so easy to whip up that you will be making them all the time. Here’s how you do it.

Ingredients:

2 Pounds Chicken Wings

½ Cup Coca-Cola

2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

Pinch of Salt

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix the chicken and soy sauce. Let the mixture sit for around 15 minutes.

Add the chicken to a frying pan with a little bit of oil. Allow it to cook until the chicken is no longer pink.

Once the chicken is crisp, add a little more soy sauce and the Coca-Cola. Allow it to cook uncovered on medium heat for 15–20 minutes.

Serve the wings over a bowl of lettuce with your favorite dipping sauce.

Ingredients

1 Pound Ground Beef

1 Medium Onion, Chopped

112 Tablespoons Flour

1 Cup Diet Coke

23 Cup Catsup

2 Tablespoons Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard

Directions:

Brown beef and onion in a large skillet.

Drain well.

Stir in remaining ingredients as listed.

Mix well.

Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on your favorite style of bun.

But what about dessert? How about a nice Coca-Cola cake? This recipe comes from Taste of Home:

Ingredients:

1 Package White Cake Mix (Regular Size)

1 Cup Cola

2 Large Eggs

½ Cup Buttermilk

½ Cup Butter, Melted

¼ Cup Baking Cocoa

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1½ Cups Miniature Marshmallows

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Fold in marshmallows.

Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, for frosting, combine cocoa and butter in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat until the butter is melted. Stir in cola until blended. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; stir in confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Fold in pecans. Spread over cake. Let stand for 20 minutes before cutting. Yield: 12–15 servings.
