If you’re trying to become a vegetarian, or just trying to add more vegetables into your daily diet, and you’re running out of dishes to try, we’ve got the perfect recipe for you!

This delicious vegetable recipe is healthy, easy to make, and best of all, delicious.

Broccoli and cauliflower are high in fiber, Vitamin C, and Vitamin K. They are also a good source of folate.

This dish uses easily available ingredients and only requires a few steps from beginning to end.

First, get a broccoli head and chop the entire piece into florets. Cut the pieces into equal sizes.

When you’ve chopped the whole broccoli, transfer the broccoli into a baking dish.

Next, get one whole cauliflower and also chop it into florets. When done, transfer the cauliflower to the baking dish and toss it with the broccoli.

You can just use your hands to do this.

Then, get one large red bell pepper and chop it into small pieces.

Mix the pepper with the broccoli and cauliflower in the baking dish.

Chop a red tomato and put them over the vegetable mixture.

Make sure the tomatoes are evenly distributed in the baking dish.

Next, get a white onion and chop the onion.

Get a frying pan, add cooking oil, and saute the white onion until it browns.

Make sure to mix the onions often so they won’t burn.

After the onions are done, add the cooked onions to the surface of your vegetable mixture.

Next, crack three eggs into a bowl. Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Whisk the egg mixture well.

When you’re done whisking, add 1 and 1/4 cups of milk and 130 grams of sifted flour into the eggs.

Whisk the mixture together until well combined. Add vegetable oil and whisk again.

Pour the mixture over the vegetables in your baking dish. Ensure to evenly coat the vegetables with the mixture.

Slice 100 grams of cheese. Don’t cube the cheese, slice them into short but thin pieces.

Spread the cheese over your vegetable mixture.

When you’re done, bake your vegetable dish in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.

After 4o minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven. Let it cool for a few minutes.

Slice the entire dish into four pieces. Remove one piece, sprinkle with your choice of herbs, and enjoy!

  • 60 ml vegetable oil
  • 130 grams of flour

Directions:

  1. Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into florets.
  2. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Cut the red pepper and tomato and add to the broccoli and cauliflower mixture in the baking dish.
  4. Chop the onion and saute the onion until lightly brown.
  5. Put the cooked onion on top of the vegetables in the baking dish.
  6. Crack three eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
  7. Add the milk, salt, and pepper to the eggs.
  8. Whisk together well.
  9. Add the sifted flour to the egg mixture
  10. Add the vegetable oil and mix well.
  11. Pour the mixture over the vegetables.
  12. Chop the cheese.
  13. Sprinkle the cheese over the vegetables mixture.
  14. Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 40 minutes.
  15. Remove and serve. Enjoy!
