These ice pops are easy to make, and your kids will love them. You’ll need the following ingredients:

  • One 16oz bag frozen mango chunks, thawed
  • One 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • Grated zest and juice of 1 lime

Put the mango, condensed milk, ginger, cardamom, and lime zest/juice in a blender. Puree until the mixture is smooth. Then, distribute the mixture into small paper cups and add a ice-pop stick in the middle. Freeze them until firm – usually takes 6 hours.

Give these neat corn ice pops a shot this summer. It’s a unique treat that is sure to impress.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 ears corn, kernels removed, cobs reserved
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch sea salt

Heat a medium saucepan and add milk, corn, and corn cobs over medium heat. Turn down the heat once its bubbly and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Then, it let cool for 10 minutes – discard the cobs. Use a slotted spoon to remove 1 cup of the kernels and reserve.

In a blender, combine the remaining corn and milk mixture, the yogurt, agave, vanilla, salt, and puree until smooth. Add reserved corn and pulse once on low.

Freeze the mixture in ice-pop molds or in small paper cups. Add ice-pop sticks, too.
