But, one would argue that preparing a good breakfast can take too long, or that cooking first thing in the morning isn’t something they would do.

The Facebook page Goodful published a very interesting video about how you can prepare a nutritious and yummy breakfast using only 3 ingredients. In the video, you will see 6 different recipes you can quickly prepare yourselves in the morning.

Recipe #1- Cloud Bread
Ingredients: 3 eggs, separated
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
3 tbsp light cream cheese
A really easy and quick recipe for soft and delicious bread. In just 40 minutes you will have freshly baked bread to enjoy along with your morning beverage. If you make more than you can eat, you can store the rest in bags in your freezer for another morning.
Recipe #2- Banana Pancakes
Ingredients: 1 Banana
1/4 tbsp Cinnamon
Who doesn’t love Pancakes? Especially those that you can easily prepare at home in no time and have them with some maple syrup and fruits. These pancakes will already be banana flavored so maybe you could accompany them with some berries.
Recipe #3- Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients: 1 Scoop Rolled Oats
1 Cup of Milk
In recent years, Smoothies have substituted what we would call the “traditional” breakfast, with many people choosing them over a full meal. Smoothies are full of nutrients that can give a great boost to your system.
