For this recipe, you just need three main ingredients…

  • 7 grams of Agar
  • 400 ml of coconut milk
  • 50 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder

These ingredients are so easy to find, aren’t they? You’d find no trouble in looking for these ingredients in your kitchen and that alone makes this recipe literally easy.

You may also adjust the quantity of the ingredients based on your preferences. But, of course, the more the merrier, isn’t it? Especially if you plan on treating your entire family with a tasty dessert.

Step 1: Put 7 grams of Agar and 60 ml of water in a mixing bowl. Hand mix the two ingredients until it becomes thick and creamy.

Step 2: In a deep stainless pan, pour 400 ml of coconut milk, 50 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder, and 120 ml of water.

Add the Agar mixture, give it a good mix using a whisk, and let it boil under medium heat. Mix occasionally to make sure no lumps will be left behind.

Step 3: Transfer the cooked mixture to a silicon baking tray then let it cool in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours. Once the timer is up, take it out of the fridge and put these bite-sized of heaven on a plate.

Best served while cold!
