Life is heating up as school is starting, and unfortunately, that means I have less time to focus on making food. During busy times, most people turn to takeout or eat leftovers, but here’s a recipe that is the perfect counter to that. Not only is this recipe ridiculously simple, but it puts out the same, deliciously tender pork chops every time. The secret? None other than a trusty crockpot. No one likes dry meat, and a crockpot easily fixes this issue. The pork chops simply soak up the soy sauce like a sponge and you end up with a juicy, tender piece of meat. Here’s what you need:

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 2 Cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2/3 cup chicken broth
  • salt/pepper

All you have to do is throw all the ingredients together into the crock pot and cook on low for 5-7 hours, or until the meat is tender. I always serve them with rice and pineapples, but you can also serve them with broccoli or cauliflower.

Please SHARE this with your friends and family.
