How To Make Delicious Sriracha Chicken Mayo Rice Balls

Sriracha mayo chicken rice balls make for an easy yet delicious snack. They’re nice and crispy on the outside, and filled with spicy and savory goodness. This recipe is so simple, and it’s a dish that everybody will love!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:

  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 cups cooked rice

First, place the chicken, mayonnaise, Sriracha, onions, and celery together inside of a large mixing bowl. Then mix it all together so that everything is evenly coated.

In another mixing bowl, place the cooked rice. Pour the soy sauce over the rice and mix together.

Wet your hands with water, and grab a handful of rice in one hand. Lightly flatten the rice ball out with your other hand, place a spoonful of the Sriracha chicken mixture on top, and then place another handful of rice on top of the Sriracha chicken mixture. Use both hands to shape this into the shape of a ball.

Heat some oil over a frying pan on medium high heat to pan fry the rice ball. This will make your rice ball nice and crispy on the outside.

Now get ready to bite into the best rice ball you’ve ever tried!
