- 10 red potatoes, cut into cubes
- 3 tbsps. all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup bacon bits
- 1 chopped red onion
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 tbsps. Chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tbsp. ranch dressing mix
- 1 tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Ground black pepper
- 3 cups water
- 2 tsps. Dried parsley
- 1 cup half-and half
- ¼ cup chopped green onion
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Using a slow cooker crock, you cook this recipe in 7 hours and 30 mins. The setup takes about 15 minutes. Then, sit back, relax, and let your slow cooker work its magic.
