Baking pie and cookies is fun, but that takes a lot of ingredients and steps.

We all love a good old fruitcake, but you still have to buy all those fruit.

Good thing there’s this recipe you can try that’s way simpler to make.

It’s less expensive on the ingredients too.

There’s no eggs or baking required for this one. It also only uses ingredients that are really easy to get a hold of – unless you live in the one city that doesn’t sell vegetable oil anywhere.

It’s a nuts and condensed milk recipe.

Perfect for folks who like creaminess and have a sweet tooth.

Walnuts are what you want first. Crush about 100 grams with a knife, then pour them in a bowl.

Then pour about 400 grams of condensed milk in the bowl with them. Already looks good enough to eat, but that step won’t come till later.

Besides, that’d be way too sweet to eat raw. We all have sweet tooths, but we wouldn’t go that far.

Take a mixer and give them a nice, gentle mix and toss.

When they’re mixed around enough to your satisfaction, refrigerate them and prepare what you need for the next step.

Bring out a dinner plate and some vegetable oil, and oil up your hands.

Obviously, make sure your hands are clean first.

You’ll want your hands oiled up for when you start rolling the mixture into balls. We want them to be bite-sized, after all.

Now take the mixture from the fridge and start rolling them into balls.

For the next step, bring out a hundred grams of chocolate and melt it. In the video, a glass bowl is used over a pot of heated water to give them a gentle melt.

But as long as you get the same result, you can use some other methods to melt them.

With a fork and a gentle hand, begin dipping and coating the balls into the chocolate.

Do that for every single one of them. Each one that you coat is another one that you can give to a friend.

Now, this next step might sound funny and redundant, but add more nuts. Yes, more nuts.

They’ll serve as the outer coating.

Take about 20 grams of chopped nuts and lightly top the chocolate-coated almond and cream balls with them.

And since there’s no such thing as being too extra during the holidays, add some golden glitter on top.

Put the “present” in “presentation”, you know?

Now look at how tasty and fancy those look, even though they were a walk in the park to make.
