Who is B. Coop?

The crafty genius behind this awesome cuisine is Lousiana-born Brittany Coop. She specializes in fiery Cajun/Creole recipes that are sure to jumpstart your day. Not only that, she also admits she can experiment with a variety of different flavors, so it’s not like she’s a one-trick pony.

Coop likes to refer to herself as a home-taught cook and not a chef. She draws large inspiration from her mom who has been a huge influence in her life.

With that being said, Coop presents to you one of her specialties: Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti. Before we get started, we want to make sure we’ve acquired all the necessary ingredients first!

“Easy dinners are my thing. And the Crock-Pot makes things even more convenient. My Chicken Spaghetti recipe has been a favorite on the site for awhile. I decided to make it more fuss free by sharing the slow cooker version!”

  1. Add the spaghetti and press it down into the liquid. Make sure the spaghetti is completely covered.
  2. Add the chicken back in
  3. Place the lid back on
  4. Cook on HIGH until the spaghetti is completely cooked; check every 15 minutes
  5. Stir well
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley
  8. Enjoy!
