It is essential that we jumpstart our day the right way. If we have breakfast that is not enough to power us up every morning, then we could somehow expect to be weaker than we should be.

We can never underestimate the significance of having a full meal in the morning before we start our busy day. However, the little time we get to spend on cooking our breakfast can become a cause for most people not to have a proper meal at this time.

First up, put the three eggs in a bowl.

Crack the shells and simply put the egg in a bowl. Grab the black pepper and salt and sprinkle as much as you want on the eggs.

At this point, you can also choose to add the crushed red pepper to add some hotness to the recipe. Beat the eggs and mix well.

Get the green onions and chop them into small slices. Mix the chopped onions to the beaten egg mixture and beat it again.

The tomato comes next.

Pick up the tomato and slice it carefully. There is no need to cut it into smaller pieces because this recipe needs to have full tomato slices.

Once done, you can now turn on the heat and put butter on the pan. Put the sliced tomatoes in the heated pan and arrange them so they don’t go on top of each other.

Let it cook for a few minutes, before pouring the egg mixture.

Who doesn’t love cheese, right?

The last piece of magic in this quick recipe is sprinkling the tomato and egg omelet with mozzarella cheese. Cover the pan and let the cheese melt for a few more minutes before finally turning the heat off and serving the dish for breakfast.
