The name of the recipe is Potato Breakfast Pizza with Prosciutto & Mushrooms.
The name itself is enough to get anyone excited! The ingredients taste amazing, and there’s no way we would only eat this once.
You will need the following:
1-2 large potatoes – cleaned
2 tbsp. Parmesan or more, depending on your taste
⅓ cup tomato sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 mushroom
4 oz. mozzarella
1 egg
3 slices of prosciutto
Pepper to garnish
Here’s how you do it. First, you need to wash and clean the potatoes and then peel it. Slice the potatoes thinly, and then put a little bit of oil on your skillet and start layering them.
This will serve as your pizza crust. Then, put a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and then cover it and simmer for a good 5 minutes.
Then remove the cover and put some tomato sauce, just like what you will do with a pizza, and then sprinkle some oregano. Then, wash and dry your mushroom. Proceed to cut your mushroom and then arrange it on your pan pizza. Leave the middle part empty.
Add some delicious Mozzarella, and then put an egg on the middle part of your potato pan pizza. Cover it again and simmer for another five minutes.
Once done, remove the cover and enjoy the smell of your potato pizza. Then put it on your serving plate and put your savory Prosciutto! Oh looking good, right? Now, finish it by adding ground black pepper, and that’s it!
Serve while hot! Enjoy!

- Sprinkle some dried oregano
- Put your mushrooms and Mozzarella but leave the middle part empty.
- Put the egg on the middle part of your pan pizza
- Cover and simmer for another five minutes
- Put on the serving plate and add Prosciutto
- Add ground pepper to taste
