Cooking can be a hassle, especially during the work week. Thankfully, we have slow cookers to that allow us to create an entire meal in one pot – your main protein along with your side dish.

This lets us reduce the number of pots and pans we need to clean up AND lets us just toss stuff in the pot, wait and eat. It doesn’t get easier than that at meal time.

Actually, it does because we’re going to give you a list of our favorite one-dish slow cooker recipes to choose from so you won’t have to go searching for them.

Balsamic Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of trimmed and halved brussels sprouts -$4.46
  • 2 c. baby red potatoes, halved or quartered if large – $1.23
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts – $5.06
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar – $0.88
