Warning: you’re never going to be satisfied with this recipe. They’re the ultimate dessert, and I keep finding excuses to eat them. After dinner? Of course. Predinner? Alright, maybe just one. Afternoon snack? Okay, why not?

Besides having Nutella in these, the contrast between the oats and peanut butter create a tasty sensation. These creamy and crunchy balls are definitely going to hit your sweet tooth, so be sure to take your time when savoring these bad boys.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup oats
  • Nutella

DIRECTIONS:

On a non-stick baking sheet, add 6 tbsp drops of Nutella and freeze for one hour. Once the Nutella “core” has been frozen, it’s time to actually start molding.

Add peanut butter, powdered sugar, and oats to a small bowl and mix thoroughly until well combined and smooth. Using your hands, shape the dough into balls and press with your index finger to create a small indent. Put the Nutella drop into the center and cover it up, securing the Nutella filling. Continue to do this until you’re satisfied with how many you have. Roll each ball in oat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
