This chocolate Nutella soufflé is exactly what you need to satisfy your sweet tooth. Best of all, it’s relatively easy to make!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- unsalted butter
- cocoa powder
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a medium bowl, mix Nutella with 2 egg yolks.
In another bowl, whisk 2 egg whites until they foam. Then add sugar and continue to mix until they hold stiff peaks.
Fold 1/3 of the whites into the Nutella mixture and incorporate it smoothly. Then, add the remaining whites to the mixture and stir/mix until the mixture is smooth.
Butter a separate cook with the unsalted butter, and sprinkle cocoa powder inside, making sure to coat the entire inside.
Pour the Nutella mixture into the cup and bake for 15 minutes. The soufflé will rise in the oven.
