Weddings are supposed to be magical. Not only for the newlyweds but also for those in attendance.

That’s why just-married couple Ada & Mateusz decided to make their post-marriage event worth remembering, not only for them but also for their guests.

When they had their first dance as Mr. & Mrs., they re-enacted the iconic dance scene from the movie Dirty Dancing.

It’s an American romantic drama dance film that debuted back in 1987 starring Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze.

The movie revolved around the love story of Frances “Baby” Houseman (Jennifer Grey) and dance instructor Johnny Castle (Patrick Swayze). In the last part of the movie, Grey and Swayze danced to the classic song β€œ(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” by Bill Medley and Jennifer Warnes.

The beautiful song won Academy Award for Best Original Song in the 60th Academy Awards. It also bagged the Best Original Song award in the Golden Globe Awards.

Ada & Mateusz tried to copy the unforgettable part of the film and guess what, they nailed it!

In the middle of their families, relatives, friends, loved ones, and other guests, they did their first-ever dance as a couple.

Unlike any other sweet dances, theirs was more romantic. They did each swivel, turn, and spin with so much emotion. They are so in love and that made their dance perfect.

It was pretty obvious that they dedicated an ample amount of their time to practicing the dance, and that’s despite their busy schedule for their wedding.

It’s like they planned to give the guests something that they would remember aside from just the wedding ceremony itself.

Mateusz then had his solo part.

When he was doing his solo, Ada was just standing in the middle watching her now-husband.

She was just so amused looking at him that she couldn’t help but let out some laughs.

Though, there’s no telling if that was her first time seeing Mateusz dance.

Well, we don’t know either if he wholeheartedly agreed to dance like that. Nevertheless, he did a very good job of giving his best. His wife loved it and everyone else seemed to love it too- that’s all that matters.

Then for the most-awaited and iconic part of the dance…

Remember when Swayze lifted Grey? That moment became a phenomenon! Anyone who’d go back and watch that part of the movie again will still have goosebumps, that’s a guarantee!

Of course, the newlyweds didn’t miss that part. They carefully recreated that scene from the movie.

It was so romantic! Their chemistry is unreal! Watching them gave me unexplainable chills.
