This minced meat recipe is one hearty dish you might consider for your next family dinner.
The main ingredients are meat and cheese, and there’s nothing more delicious than those two combined.
This recipe from Amo Receitas requires ground beef, but you can use any meat you like or a combination.
Make sure to buy lean ground meat with as less fat as possible.
The minced meat mixture is easy to make.
Just combine all ingredients in one bowl and mix.
You can even use your hands in doing so! (Just don’t forget to wash your hands or wear gloves.)
The cheese sauce mix adds a cheesy flavor to your meat which blends well with the stuffing.
And if you’re a cheese lover, the stuffing would make you want to drool.
All that cheesy goodness in one bowl: there’s cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan.
If you want to add more, you can look for other cheeses that go well with these three.
Again, it’s a simple process of mixing everything together.
The key to a perfect minced meat pan dish is laying the meat with the same thickness.
This is where your hands would work best than any other kitchen utensil.
You can grab a portion of the minced meat and a thin patty with your hands.
Lay them in a Bundt pan greased with olive oil, including the inner circle.
You can flatten them more if you feel like it’s becoming uneven.
Pour the cheese filling into the pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 365 degrees Fahrenheit so the dish cooks evenly.
It only takes 40 minutes, and you’ll have yourself a savory, hearty dish to serve for your family.
If you want to add freshness, sprinkle some herbs (like parsley) on top of it.
