INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon zest, powdered sugar, and flour. Mix thoroughly with a whisk until crumbly. Pour into a cake pan.
In another bowl, combine eggs, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Beat in 1 cup flour until texture becomes even. Add baking powder and salt to mixture and mix again. Pour liquid mixture on top of the cake pan and move to distribute evenly.
