- 1/4 cup of amaranth
- 1/2 tablespoon of coffee
- Some honey according to your taste
Coffee helps increase your metabolism, and chocolate can help reduce blood pressure. With a healthy dose of oats, which help treat high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and digestion problems. This is the perfect drink to keep you on the go! 1. Peppermint Green Tea
