You like making lasagna. Yet you hate the time you have to spend trying to make homemade lasagna using a pan. Well, today your dreams are about to come true. Because using this slower cooker recipe for lasagna, you’ll be eating delicious lasagna without the hassle. This recipe comes to us courtesy of Sarah from Average Betty!
First, add 16 ounces of ricotta cheese to a medium bowl and make a small dip in the middle of the cheese. Then, add 1 large egg beaten and 3 tablespoons of half and half milk. Mix well and then add a 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
Now add a layer of meat sauce to the bottom of your slow cooker.
Add a layer of noodles to the top of your sauce. You don’t need to cook the noodles before you put them on top of your sauce!
Now add the cheese mixture you made then add another layer of meat such. Top it all off with some parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Add another layer of noodles going in the opposite direction, more cheese mixture, and another layer of meat sauce.
Keep on layering until you use all your ingredients. Then turn on your slow cooker on low for 7 hours or on high for 3 hours.
