Learn How To Make A Low-Carb Cloud Bread Right At Home

Bread is a delicious food, but it’s avoided every and now and then because it’s a carbohydrate that can pack on the calories rather quickly. Fortunately, a healthy YouTuber has shared a delectable zero-carb “cloud” bread recipe that is very easy to make.

Using just 4 ingredients – eggs, cream cheese, tartar or baking powder, and sugar, she creates this yummy and healthy bread.

First, she separates 3 eggs. She makes sure that there are no yolks in the egg white, and she mixes the yolks, 3 tablespoons of cream cheese, and sugar in a bowl until it’s smooth.

In a different bowl, she adds 1/4 teaspoon of cream or tartar (or baking powder) and beats them with the egg whites. She makes sure they are nice and fluffy. Then, she folds the yolk mixture into the egg white mixture until the two are thoroughly mixed.

Next, she greases two cookie sheets and uses a spoon to evenly scoop the mixture into circles on the pans. Finally, she bakes them at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.

This is easy to make, healthy, and delicious! I’m trying this recipe this weekend.
