Alright, you chocolate lovers out there, try not to get too excited- but you are in for a sweet treat! Lindt has decided to turn the end of this gloomy year around with a gift that keeps on giving.

For the first time, they are releasing a sharing-sized tin of their delectable chocolate truffles!

No battling it out at Christmastime over who holds the bag of goodies from grandma this year- there’s enough to go around the whole gathering.

The giant sharing tin comes packed with 32 indulgent pieces that are sure to be a hit with everyone in the house.

While most people tend to love chocolate, not all chocolate lovers share the same taste. That’s right, we are implying that there are definitely a few “chocolate snobs” out there, and with good reason- not all chocolates are created equal.

Knowing that this beautiful tin boasts a host of silky, smooth truffles from Lindt, though, assures us that no one will walk away dissatisfied.

Lindt has been mastering the art of chocolatiering for centuries.

Dating all the way back to the early 18oos, when ” David Sprüngli and his son Rudolf Sprüngli-Ammann produced the first solid bar of chocolate,” the legacy of Lindt began to take root.

Then, a happy accident where the then “small-time” chocolatier, Rodolphe Lindt, left his conching machine on for 3 days over the weekend led to the greatest invention in chocolate to date- the Lindt conching process.

This turned out chocolate so smooth and heavenly that it seemed the whole world had to have it. Then, in 1899 when Sprüngli and Lindt saw a way to come together and substantially grow the industry, the company we now know and love, Lindt & Sprüngli, was born.

In 1949, not long after WWII had come to an end, the Lindt chocolatiers decided to experiment with recipes until they came out with a chocolate that was sure to lift the global collective spirit- and that’s when Lindor was born.

This is the silky, melty, extravagant chocolate we are familiar with in our coveted Lindt chocolate truffles, and they are just as decadent today as the first day they were created.

Fast-forward to today, and it seems like we have been blessed with a never-ending assortment of these heavenly, luxurious chocolates.

Fortunately, the tin includes the absolute best of them.

Of course, there are the classics like milk chocolate, white chocolate, and extra dark chocolate. But, as a beautifully added bonus, you get to add 3 more of their top flavors into the mix.

You get the milk and white chocolate truffle, milk chocolate hazelnut, and their newest (and quite possibly most delectable) chocolate- the salted caramel truffle.

The newest chocolate truffle masterpiece was announced this last April and described as:

“Indulge in Lindor Sea Salt Caramel – a dark chocolate shell with delicate pieces of salt, enrobing a smooth caramel flavoured centre. Perfect for sharing, or for your everyday special moments.”

Knowing that you can get the best of these Lindor flavors, how could you ever go wrong with a giant tin of their velvety chocolate truffles?

As of right now, the tin is being offered in major stores and outlets across the UK, as well as in the Lindt stores themselves.

If like us, you’re stuck in the U.S. pining for this treasure trove of chocolates masked in a gorgeous tin, there’s good news. You can order one direct from the Lindt website.

Alternatively, if 32-pieces just isn’t enough for you (admit it, it’s not) then you can order one of their customizable tins with up to 75 truffles for just $25.99 instead.
