November 29th, 2020

Hotdogs are without a doubt one of the most popular on-the-go foods of people from around the world. Not only are they easy to prepare, but they’re also a good pair for just about everything, and you can have them at almost any time of the day.

However, you just need to remember that anything that is taken in excess is bad. After all, hotdogs are still processed food, and you know what experts say about processed meats. So, it is always best to take everything in moderation.

Let’s get things going, just follow the step-by-step procedure listed below.

Step Number One: Cut the round ends of the hotdogs and then cut each hotdog into three equal parts. Try to make it as equal as possible so you have uniform-sized snacks.

Step Number Two: Grab that pack of ready-made pizza dough. For this step, you need to roll the dough into mini pancakes. Make six of them for the six hotdog slices you’ve prepared prior.

Then, grab a shot glass and punch a hole through the middle of your mini pancake doughs.

Step Number Three: Put the hotdogs in the middle of the small pancake-shaped dough. If the holes in the dough are bigger than the hotdogs, then you can just simply put them straight onto a muffin pan so the bottom of the dough will embrace the bottom part of the hotdog.

Step Number Four: Once all of the dough and hotdogs have been transferred to the muffin pan, give them all an egg coating.

For the egg coating, it’s as basic as A-B-C, just beat an egg then use a pastry brush to lightly coat the dough around each hotdog.

Step Number Five: Bake the mini hot dog muffins inside a preheated oven at 350℉ for 15 minutes. Wait until the dough puffs up and takes on a golden-brown color. Then, take them out of the oven and let cool for a bit before munching them down.
