Eggs are one of the cheapest, most versatile, and not to mention healthiest products one can get. And even a noob in the kitchen can find easy ways to prepare them.

There are so many different ways to cook eggs, ranging from easy to difficult, with ingredients either benefiting the body or ruining one’s health. But check out this recipe.

It may just be one of the finest, tastiest ways to do eggs.

You will need:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small spoon of salt
  • 1/3 of carrots
  • 5 to 6 chives
  • 1 cup of minced meat (50g)
  • Half a bell pepper
  • Cooking oil

For the seasoning:

  • 1/2 small spoon of salt
  • 1/2 small spoon of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
  • 2/3 cup of water (paper cup)

Crack all 4 eggs into a mixing bowl, add in the salt and whisk away.

Cut the carrots into thin strips, spread them out then slice and dice them into little mini cubes.

Take the bell peppers and chop them up the same way as you did with the carrots. Put both carrots and bell peppers in a bowl.

Crush the garlic using your knife then finely mince them. If your’re unsure, check out some videos on kitchen knife skills. YouTube’s got so many of those tutorial videos.

Chop up green onions or chives into small pieces then add them into the bowl along with the garlic, carrots, and bell peppers.

Now pour water in a pot, light the fire and once it boils, add in the whisked eggs. Wait 20 seconds then reduce to medium heat. stirring the eggs gently into each other with a spatula.

Once the eggs are cooked, drain the water and put the eggs in a bowl.

The eggs should be a very fluffy, golden color that slides easily off the spatula.

Preheat a pan with oil then toss in the minced meat, letting it cook over medium heat. Add in the garlic and green onions once the meat turns white, and fry them together.

The meat should turn golden along with the garlic’s fragrance.

Add in the carrots and bell peppers then mix them around to cook all the ingredients together. You want all those flavors to bind.

Pour in a cup of water, salt, sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, the stir all the contents together. Pour in starch water, mixing until the ingredients thicken together.

Your meat sauce goes on top of the eggs.

You have vegetables for nutrition and protein for the muscles. Eat those eggs with bread or rice, or consume as it is.

Another way of cooking these together is to prepare the sauce first on a separate pan, then scramble the eggs in another. As the eggs cook, spread some of the sauce down the middle of the eggs.

Fold it in from the sides to cover the meat sauce and allow to cook until they turn golden.
