Dreams do come true!
It is not every day that people get to see their idols in person, let alone have a special moment with them. Meeting them up-close is a once in a lifetime experience and nobody would want to miss it.
Though meeting someone you really look up to can result in two things- either you seize the moment or you freeze out of excitement and nervousness.
Good thing is that when you idolize a musical artist, you always have the chance to see them by going to their concerts. Hearing them sing can make any fan go gaga in an instant, but meeting them face-to-face is on another level.
In this video, a young lady fan meets her idol- Michael Bublé
He’s won four Grammy Awards, an American Music Award, and multiple Juno Awards, and throughout his career, he has sold over 40 million records worldwide!
He is truly one of the best in the world of music, millions of fans around the world have seen him perform live at his concerts, and there are millions more who are dreaming to see him on the big stage – someday. A dream that’s not too impossible to reach as long as you keep believing.
Just like his fans, Bublé was also a dreamer before.
He will never forget how it felt like when he was just 2 years old, the time when he had always thought about stardom, fortune, and fame.
When he was a teenager, he used to sleep with a Bible beside him, he tirelessly prayed for his dreams to become true. His love for singing started because of his grandfather’s jazz record collection, then when he turned five, he specifically heard Bing Crosby singing “White Christmas”, and there’s where he found his distinctive voice.
Now, it’s his time to fulfill somebody else’s dream.

Nothing beats that feeling and Bublé knows it very well, that’s why he’s not taking that away from a fan, especially his. During his show at XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut, he saw a fan holding a humongous fan-sign saying, “Let Me Sing With You Mr. Bublé!”
The fan’s name is Chelsea Hebert, and her wish was instantly granted, he invites the girl to come up on stage, it’s such a display of humility for someone as famous as himself. He humbly asks Chelsea what song would she like to sing, to which the obviously nervous fan responds and whispers, “Feeling Good” by Nina Simone which was also covered by Bublé’ on his second studio album “It’s Time.”
She’s been given her break, the question now is, will she nail it?
Chelsea is obviously starstruck, she’s nervous, shaking, even her voice is, we can’t blame her if Michael Bublé is just inches away from you, let alone holding your hand.
Bublé then asks his band to play the music as requested by their surprise guest on stage, when the band starts playing the song, he hands the mic over to his lovely fan, and what’s about to happen next is to nobody’s guess.
Hebert belts out the first few lines of the song and wow, isn’t that voice diva-like? Even Bublé was surprised! The humble musical artist from Canada gives his fan the moment to shine and Chelsea savors it with every word that she’s singing.
The two then go for a duet, something Chelsea will never ever forget.
Anyone will definitely be mesmerized when the person you look up to is right in front of you – singing with you. Her emotions must’ve rocketed straight to cloud-nine at that time. Kudos to Bublé for giving his fan the chance to join him and to sing with him on stage.
It’s been 7 years since the beautiful moment happened but we bet that everything is still fresh in Chelsea’s heart and mind.
