This simple mixture is great to have around the house because it last an entire month is stored in the refrigerator. Adding a spoonful of this mixture in a glass of hot water is a great way to clear your sinuses.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 Lemons
  2. 2 Pieces of Fresh Ginger
  3. Honey

Directions:

  1. Clean and slice lemons and ginger
  2. Place slices in alternating order in a container
  3. Pour honey in the container until it covers all slices of lemon and ginger
  4. Store in the refrigerator and use within a month

  2. Partially crush the pieces of ginger
  3. Boil pieces of ginger in the water
  4. Add lemon and honey for a finished ginger tea
