Mix the ingredients. You don’t need a mixer to complete this step. The dough will be perfect even if you mix it with your hands. Make sure that your chocolate chip cookie dough is nice and smooth. Put it in a large bowl, and leave the bowl in the refrigerator for about half an hour. The dough needs to chill a bit.

While you wait for the dough to rest a bit, use the time to make the vanilla cream filling.

Grab one and a half cups of cream cheese, one vanilla bean, half a cup of powdered sugar, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything.

Now, it’s better to use a mixer to make the process faster and easier. When the filling is ready, put it aside, and take the dough out of the fridge. We’ll teach you how to make cookie tartlets, cookie cannolis, and cookie spoons.

Let’s start with tartlets. Doesn’t the name sound fancy? You’re going to need a muffin pan, but turn it upside down.

Before we forget, preheat the oven to 350⁰F. After you turn the muffin pan upside down, lightly grease the bottom of the molds. Take a small portion of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the ball of cookie dough on the mold, and use the molding shape to flatten the ball.

Turn the mold over, and lightly press. The goal is to form little dough bowls. Now, put the pan into the oven, and bake for about 30 minutes. When the tartlets cool down, fill them with vanilla cream filling, and decorate.

Cookie cannolis are just as adorable as tartlets. Remember to preheat the oven to 350⁰F.

Roll out the cookie dough into semi-rectangular sections. Once you have a flattened dough, roll it up, but make sure to leave the rolls hollow in the middle. You can use a wooden spoon to help the cannolis keep their shape.

Bake the cannolis for about half an hour. When they cool down, fill them with the cream filling.

Save the best for the end. Cookie spoons are interesting because you can eat them.

Grease two spoons and place one spoon upside down. Take the dough, and roll it into a ball. Take another portion of the dough and place it on the spoon handle. Take the second spoon, and put it on top of everything.

Gently press the spoons together. The cookie dough will mold into a shape. Bake at 350⁰F for about 30 minutes. When you remove cookie spoons from the oven, do not separate them from the actual metal spoon until they cool down completely. Place some cream filling in the head of the spoon, and enjoy.
