The recipe is a summer salad that is rich in condensed milk, cream cheese, and chocolate.
Many would think that eating fruits filled with the said ingredients would be unhealthy, but did you know that these ingredients also have nutritional values?
When you think of condensed milk, you think of that thick sweet milk on desserts.
But if eaten in moderation, you’ll enjoy benefits such as calcium, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, and a yummy way to gain weight.
Now, how about chocolates?
Chocolates are rich in zinc, iron, phosphorus, copper, and magnesium.
Aside from that, chocolate will give you energy and increase HDL levels, or what we call good cholesterol.
What about cream cheese?
This, too, can give you benefits. Cream cheese has vitamin B12, vitamin A, protein, amino acids, and calcium.

For the summer salad:
- 3 to 5 fruits of your choice
- Grapes
- Apples
- Peaches
- 400 grams of condensed milk
- 400 grams of cream cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 200 grams of chocolate bar
- 200 grams of cream cheese
Step 1. First, remember that you can choose any fruit combination that you want. It could be mango, peaches, apples, grapes, blueberries, and much more.
For this recipe, she chose peaches, apples, and grapes.
Step 2. Wash all your fruits and cut them. She diced the apples and peaches while she cut the grapes in half.
Step 3. She then places all the fruits in a baking dish and mixes them all up. Use clean hands for better distribution.
Step 4. In a cooking pot, mix condensed milk, cream cheese, egg yolk, and vanilla essence. Cook while mixing until you achieve the desired consistency.
Step 5. Pour mixture over fruit. Don’t worry, it’s okay if it’s still warm.
Step 6. Put chocolate in a bowl and microwave in one-minute increments until melted. Then add cream cheese and mix. Set it aside.
Step 7. Pour over fruit tray. Make sure to evenly distribute the chocolate.
Step 8. Keep in the fridge for two hours and served chilled.
