By food philosophy alone, you can already make different wraps using your favorite ingredients like meat, leftover meat, vegetables, and even fruits.
But it’s really all about the eggs.

With its shape and size, it can easily be one of the best foods that you can eat on the go or as a packed meal.
The steps are simple and the ingredients are even simpler.
This dish is something you can make in the morning and will surely sustain you for the first half of your day.

Here’s what you’ll need:
For the filling:
- 2 pieces 8inch tortillas (20cm)
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp of milk
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 15g butter
- 40g bacon (optional)
- 2 pieces of cheddar cheese squares
- Sriracha sauce (optional)
For the salsa:
- 5 pieces cherry tomatoes or 2 pieces of tomatoes
- 25g white onion
- 20g jalapeño pepper
- Salt and pepper
For the sauce:
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
First, let’s prepare the salsa.
Dice your tomatoes, onions, and jalapeño and combine them in a small bowl. Season it with salt and pepper.
If you don’t like spicy food, you can lessen the jalapeño or just leave it out altogether. Bell pepper would be a good alternative.
You can also use premade salsa. For extra flavor, you can also add in some chopped parsley and cilantro.
Next, prepare the filling.
First, slice your bacon into strips so they can brown faster and more evenly. Then, crack three eggs and place them in a small mixing bowl.
Beat the eggs then season with salt and pepper. Add in 4 tbsps of milk into your egg mixture.
Melt the butter in the pan on low heat so it wouldn’t burn. When the butter is melted, put in and saute the garlic.
Before the garlic turns brown, pour your eggs into the pan.
Let the egg cook on low heat for a fluffier and runnier finish. Once your eggs are about 80% cooked, set them aside.
Almost ready for assembly.
In the same pan, fry the strips of bacon. Again, the bacon is optional. When the edges are browned, set the bacon aside.
In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise and condensed milk. We know, we know. This is where our paths diverge.
If you’re not a fan, you can use honey instead. You can also use sour cream.
Let’s build the egg burrito!
Toast your tortilla wraps first.
Once heated and soft, lay it down on a plate. Drizzle some sriracha sauce and some of the mayo mixture.
Next, at the center of the tortilla, put some of the salsa. Top the salsa with your egg and bacon. Then, cover it with the slices of cheddar.
Roll the burrito once then fold in the sides to make a pouch. Then, roll the burrito to seal everything in. Toast the tortilla with the folded side down.
Toast the burrito to your liking and there you have it, a simple recipe that will leave your friends impressed!
